Rich is a highly experienced leadership speaker, trainer and coach. Over the past 29 years he has worked with hundreds of thousands of leaders in large conference, small group and individual coaching settings throughout the U.S. and Canada. His expertise is in helping participants capitalize on natural strengths and style while developing skills for improving communication, building relationships, achieving results through others, leading change and making decisions.

He has worked in leadership roles for state, local, national and international organizations, including Kansas Hospital Association, International Association for Jazz Education and Financial Institution Technologies. He has a Journalism degree from the University of New Mexico, a Master’s Degree in Leadership Communication from Gonzaga University and a Graduate Level Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Avila University.
